 What'S news?

Our newest portrait puppet has caused a happy stir for one dear family - pictures coming soon! And we are delighted to be returning to the Shelton Timberland Library for another show and workshop April 3rd. The Mountain News has posted an article about Acorn & Rose, with some lovely comments, right here. And increasingly, our puppet shows are gaining popularity in the Olympia/ Tacoma part of the world! We got fantastic reviews for our booktalk/story/show at the Olympia Timberland Regional Library on June 30. Many of the big kids stayed an extra hour to make paper hinge puppets - oh how their creative juices flowed! We made a happy splash at the Rainier Library, too. Now teaching private classes in Yelm, Tenino and Rainier ~ puppetry along with storytelling, clapping songs, step-singing, handmade instruments, and more. And we are doing some especially fun birthday parties. Our handmade birthday flags and name banners have become great favorites ~ really special keepsakes!

During a show, Molly Piper is interactive with the children and allows them to participate in shaping the story. She is kind, funny and respectful to her young audience and both of mine really respond to her. My children just adore her and ask for more - and more. Maia Delan-de ~ letter to our local newspaper

People LOVED seeing the theater and the puppets. They were the star of the show!
