To make any type of party extra special, Acorn and Rose can bring one of our puppet shows to you, with hands-on activities. You will need space for our stage to be set up. Kids Birthday Puppet Parties are guaranteed or you don't pay - we know you can count on your child's birthday being an experience to remember for a lifetime.
What Goes On:
1. One of our giant puppets may start things off bigtime. You choose this and all options. ______________________________________________________________
2. A Puppet Show presented with one of our portable theaters. This starts with a fun interactive introduction all about puppets and how they are brought to life with the puppeteer's hand, mind, and voices. One of the big draws of a show is that your kids will be 
singing and talking with the puppets as the show goes on. Currently we offer your choice of the fairy tale Thumbelina (thirty-five minutes long), A Walk in the Forest, and two dragon adventure stories - The Dragon's Visit and The Dragon in Puppet Forest. Click here for show details. The shows are not completely set in stone because they are interactive, and they are geared to the child you are especially celebrating. Each of the shows includes a "Happy Birthday" song (everyone joins in) and a small gift presented to your child by the puppets themselves. ____________________________________________________________
3. Puppet-making activities The kids learn how to bring inanimate objects to life. They will make a cardstock puppet with moving legs. You don't need to run around trying to find cloth, 
paper, yarn and other materials. We bring them for you. Sit back with your camera or camcorder and watch as your kids cut, glue, color and tape - and learn how to make their puppets talk, dance, bow, clap and more. __________________________________________________________________

As you can see, your party is basically all made for you - you provide cake and presents and your work is done! Allow about ninety minutes for everything - intro, show, and activities. 
Molly Jean has been doing presentations for large and small groups of children all over Washington since 1994. She is known for captivating audiences of young and old alike.

Personalized Shows
You may choose to have a personalized show, with a custom-made portrait puppet and a play written for your child. This involves brainstorming your ideas and a theme from your child's experiences. See more info here.
